The Case Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting our Diversion Case Managers and the Diversion Program Manager with tasks associated in processing clients from the beginning of our program through termination. This will require utilizing a specific database and other tools in order to ensure the process flows smoothly. General clerical/administrative duties will be assigned to this position and other duties as needed and directed by the Diversion Program Manager.
