TASC, Inc. is currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for facilitating a variety of training programs for employees and contractors/customers. Ensures the quality and standardization of all trainings, training materials, and training guides/department manuals. Assists departments in creating best practices regarding training of new employees. Serves as a representative of TASC in meetings with organizations external to TASC in order to develop training strategies.

  • Manages TASC’s training program by conducting needs assessments and developing appropriate programs with department and managers and administration.
  • Development and implementation assistance of training manuals, aids, and materials.
  • Presentations and trainings for TASC electronic systems and other procedures for various county agencies.
  • Assist Human Resources with education/training programs.
  • Utilize assessment delivery and data collection technology solutions.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional delivery methods including classroom settings and distance learning.
  • Design and support a full learning cycle model including post-training follow-up to refresher/ reinforcement.
  • Coordinates employee participation in outside vendor training.
  • Ability to travel to deliver training and support at client sites (in-state and interstate).
  • Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Executive Team.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Education or relevant field, or 8 years' experience as an adult learning training facilitator. A mixture of undergraduate studies in social, behavioral, and life sciences, education, information technology and/or business administration desired
  2. Strong public speaking skill and experience required
  3. Must have excellent writing and non-verbal communication skills
  4. Must have at least three (3) years' proven experience in creating and executing trainings in an Adult Learning setting
  5. Professional dress, appearance and demeanor required
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Strong knowledge of learning management systems, video editing software
  8. Must pass criminal background check.
  9. Must be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  10. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  11. Must pass random urinalysis drug screen
  12. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
  13. Must be flexible and able to multitask




  • Must be able to lift from floor to waist up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess the ability to utilize visual and auditory senses to complete all job duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work in a typical office and health-care environment.
