Under the direct supervision of a TASC Diversion Program Manager, is responsible for maintaining the flow of information and providing administrative support for the Diversion program. Answers telephone inquiries, assembles client files and tracks program paperwork. Enters information into database and maintains client records. Prepares and distributes statistical reports and information packets. Assists supervisor as needed.
