    Have you wanted to work for an organization who serves those in the community who are in need of substance abuse help and behavioral health assistance? We have a part-time security officer position located at our headquarter location off of Indian School Road and the I-17. The schedule for this position is Friday and Saturday nights, a total of 16 hours per weekend. TASC offers competitive pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), holiday pay, telemedicine and so much more!



    • TASC security guards responsibility is to protect the property and the people who occupy it.
    • Security personnel are required to patrol on foot on an hourly basis or more frequently if an unknown activity occurs.
    • Deter someone from doing damage or injury to the property or personnel, contacting the local police department, if needed by dialing 911 for emergencies and other issues that may be out of your control or needed for assistance.
    • After business hours and non-working days make sure all doors and windows are secure and alarms are set for each building that is not occupied by an employee.
    • Make sure all vendors log-in after business hours and are assisted as needed.
    • Ensure that all employees are walked to their cars or to the building as needed
    • During closing hours and weekends direct clients as needed by giving hours of operations and locations and directions.
    • Must be able to fill out incident reports or any other forms that are required to be filled out by security personnel.
    • Must be able to answer phones and direct clients if needed.
    • Follow all TASC’s policies and procedures.
    • Must follow the TASC Appearance, Attire and Hygiene policy.

    2. Must be able to fill out incident reports and other forms as needed.
    3. Must have good organizational skills with ability to work well with frequent interruptions.
    4. Must have good command of the English language including written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Capable of dealing in a courteous and tactful manner to all clientele.
    6. Must have basic computer skills.
    7. Must be able to effectively act as liaison between the TASC and its clients.
    8. Must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of corporate, government and private agency professionals.
    9. Must be able to demonstrate integrity, avoidance of conflict of interest and resistance to client manipulation.
    10. Must pass urinalysis testing.

    11. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

    12. Must pass all necessary background checks and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card.



    • Must be able to lift from floor to waist up to 20 pounds.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
    • Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions.
    • Must possess the ability to utilize visual and auditory senses to complete all job duties as assigned.
    • Must be able to work in a typical office and health-care environment.
