The Office Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Clinical Services Office Manager and/or Case Manager, and Clinical Services Director, in order to coordinate the activities of the Clinical Services Staff. The Office Coordinator will answer phones, schedule client and counselor appointments, and accept client payments. The Office Coordinator is often the first point of contact with new and prospective clients and the agency, and as such must have excellent customer services skills and must remain professional at all times.
