As the Corporate Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, receiving and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Scheduling delivery pick-ups for various departments. Data entry of service requests and ordering of forms and supplies necessary for office duties. Most importantly, it is the Corporate Customer Service Technician’s job to provide a high level of professionalism in the office and to promote a working atmosphere with a high quality level of customer service. This position ensures individuals are serviced professionally, promptly and accurately.
