    Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your Customer Service skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at our Headquarters located in Phoenix, AZ. As the Corporate Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, receiving and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Scheduling delivery pick-ups for various departments. Data entry of service requests and ordering of forms and supplies necessary for office duties. Most importantly, it is the Corporate Customer Service Technician’s job to provide a high level of professionalism in the office and to promote a working atmosphere with a high quality level of customer service. This position ensures individuals are serviced professionally, promptly and accurately.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement urine collection protocol, policies and procedures as directed by supervisor and regulatory requirements for pre-employment and employment testing as well as other drug screening collection samples in the absence of CST collection staff
    • Candidate must adhere strictly to confidentiality requirements and to adhere to established standards of hygiene and universal infection control procedures in handling all samples and supplies
    • Assist clients with questions and testing results
    • Access client information and process all paperwork with special attention to detail and accuracy
    • Book keeping and filing of records
    • Maintain accuracy of all court-related documents and client information
    • Provide excellent customer service to all individuals, treating all individuals with dignity and respect
    • Support and educate anxious clients to alleviate their discomfort
    • Answer phones and direct calls to proper department
    • Assist with intake needs
    • Assists in the development and maintenance of basic office routines and procedures
    • Assists in the physical maintenance and cleanliness of the general office areas
    • Issue and accept subpoenas on behalf of the lab
    • Direct communication with various agencies regarding testing, results and procedures
    • Data entry of service requests and referrals
    • Maintain ordering of supplies needed to perform job duties
    • Completes all other tasks as assigned by Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Supervisor
    • Evenings and Saturdays required

    10. Must pass all necessary background checks and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card.
    11. Must pass urinalysis testing and TB testing
    12. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
    • Must be able to lift from floor to waist up to 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally
    • Must have fine vision, sustained vision, and peripheral vision
    • Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions
    • Must possess sufficient eye/hand coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to, phone, computer, calculator, copier or typewriter, and vehicle, if applicable
    • Office and home settings with varying degrees of background noise. Lighting and ventilation vary according to location. All facilities are non-smoking. Hazards may exist if the employee fails to use proper body mechanics when lifting
    • Must be able to work in a typical office and laboratory environment
